Location is convenient if you have a car to drive to and fro Queenstown town centre (10-15 min drive). Room is very spacious, cafe at the lobby serves great coffee, ski/snowboard equipment storage room is great! Free onsite parking, depending on availability of lots.

Love the kitchen, even was containers to put food. The bathroom with washer and dryer was a highlight. Also the towel warmer great feature. Nice size dishwasher. The room was very comfortable and warm from the cold outside. Really appreciated that. Staff very helpful and nice and accommodating.

Not the most obvious place to stay in Queenstown, but there's a bus stop outside the hotel for buses into town where parking is a nightmare, a major shopping centre next door and a second one minutes away, the tour companies collect from the hotel and the flight tours are a few minutes walk from the hotel. The room was clean, well equipped and comfortable with a great view down the Remarkables.

Frankton is a stones throw from busy Queenstown and very laid back. For travellers like ourselves the amenities around us were very good. Regarding the apartment, it was compact in a good way. It had a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer comfortable bed and pillows. Great shower and the staff went about their very excellent service invisibly. The exhaust in the bathroom was very efficient as was the air-conditioning. We would highly recommend this accomodation over busy downtown Queenstown

We liked everything! Room was perfect size nice and modern, it was nice and warm which I love as I tend to get cold very easily, beds were comfy, heaps of wardrobe stuff for us to hang as we did stay a while, bonus having the washing machine and dryer in the bathroom also meant we could catch up on washing before going home! We just loved this place and the location was perfect not too far from central Queenstown but loved how we weren’t in a busy area. So many shops and food places around too and free parking. Can’t forget the friendly staff also! Very enjoyable stay

Amazing customer service by all the team that was working, ended up being locked out of my room and they answered a call at a ridiculous time of the evening and let me in to my room. Was very appreciative of this. From check-in to check-out the friendliness of all staff was genuine and thoughtful. Was able to store our luggage before checking in and had a courtesy call that the room was ready and they even took our luggage to our room. Have already booked for the same time next year.

The rooms we clean and the front reception were very accommodating and were able to hold onto our bags while we completed an adventure 3 day hike. We mainly selected this hotel on price and that it was close to the airport, as we stayed one night before travelling back home. There was a small shopping centre across the road that included restaurants, a French Bakery and a supermarket.

Clean room, comfy bed and nice to have a washing machine and drier in the room. Overall very good option for the money spend. Our view were the hotel across the road and situated just above the entrance. Nothing special about the view but at least it was not a brick wall. We arrived early and the room was ready for us at 11 am to leave our luggage and explore Queenstown. This was really helpful or we would've been stuck with our bags until 2 pm.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I’d appreciated that I could store my luggage while a was on a multi day hike. Close to the airport which I was looking for - you can easily walk there in 15-20min or take the bus. Room was nice and clean but for 2 maybe a bit small.

All staff were very helpful and friendly, and the location was excellent for our purpose - arriving Queenstown in the afternoon and leaving early the next morning. Local shops and restaurants were great. The room was comfortable & the kitchenette well-appointed. Power outlets next to the small table & chairs were great (so many hotels do not do this well.)
